Greetings Sorors and Friends!
On behalf of the members of the Chattanooga Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., I am pleased to welcome you to our website. It is an honor to share information with you about our illustrious sisterhood.
As we embark upon a new sororal year, we shall continue our Five Point Programmatic Thrust, in which all programs are implemented.
We are a public service organization with the goal of transforming lives and impacting our community through advocacy, partnership, and collaboration with other service organizations and agencies.
We are also an award-winning chapter: 2006 Southern Region Alumnae Chapter of the Year, 2007 Southern Region Alumnae Chapter of the Year for the State of Tennessee, and the 2007 Inaugural Recipient of the Dr. Yvonne Kennedy Keeper of the Flame Award for our effort in Social Action. In addition, we hosted the 41st Southern Regional Conference in the Scenic City of Chattanooga. Several of our members have received local regional, and national reognition for their outstanding achievements in Delta and served in both regional/national capacities.
