Greetings Sorors and Friends of Delta!

On behalf of the members of the Chattanooga Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., I extend to you a warm welcome to our website. I hope you find our website to be informative and intriguing.

The Chattanooga Alumnae Chapter centers its programming around the goals of benefiting and serving others, while fulfilling the Five Point Programmatic Thrust of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Some of our programs include: African American Educators Hall of Fame Luncheon, Hamilton County Minority Health Fair, Pathways to Homeownership and Project Cherish to name a few.

Our chapter was awarded the 2006 Southern Region?s Alumnae Chapter of the Year and hosted the 2007 Southern Region?s Conference. Members of the Chattanooga Alumnae Chapter have received National and Regional recognition. Soror Anne McGintis served as National Membership Services Committee Co-Chair and recipient of the 2006 Southern Region?s Collegiate Advisor of the Year award and Soror Ruby Key received recognition at the 49th National Conference for her work with the Delta Challenge.

We are committed to serving the community and carrying out the mission of our Founders, keeping scholarship, sisterhood and service at the cornerstone of our chapter.

We appreciate your interest in our chapter and illustrious sorority, and thank you for visiting our website.  We encourage you to support our programs and events hosted in the Chattanooga community. Service is a part of this sisterhood, so on behalf of the members of the Chattanooga Alumnae Chapter, WELCOME.
